Attached is the updated copy for the Flicks website. This includes:
- New Partner page Title and copy
- New Winners page Title and copy
- Update to landing page sub-headline
- Update to About Flicks sub-headline
- Update to FAQ
- Small update to Prizes
- Small update to Rules 

All can be considered minor and existing strings were used where possible

The revision is confined to the Prizes section on the HP. Change is listed below as well:

There will be multiple chances to win $1,000 for submitting your flick early. Enter in time for the film festival deadlines listed below to be eligible:

•	May 29 – May 29 Early Entry Award

1 more question for you. On the FAQ when we link to the tumblr blog there is a note about this being english only

"You can also check out this list of creative resources on the Flicks blog (English only)."

Mkelly suggests

"An (English only) note is useless for non-English locales, we might as well show it to en-US users only."

My opinion is to remove the text (English only) and just link to the blog. We do this elsewhere for example the link to the blog in the nav.

Re: the English only

I think it's a little different from the blog bc we're actually telling people about specific content that is written in English only. If they are non-English speakers, when they jump over to the blog (which is in English only) it might cause a WTFudge moment. 

That's what I'm trying to avoid. With the EN only line at least we give them the option up front.

I think the line won't be useful if we deliver it to EN speakers only. They don't need to know that it's English only because they won't be surprised.

For non-EN speakers, if delivered in language, it might save a "bad" experience. 

I don't feel strongly, just trying to be a little cautious. If you don't feel it's necessary and ok with L10N practices, please remove it.
