Description:
When the user returns to the homescreen from an app that was being viewed in the landscape view, there is a small chance that the Browser icon will not be visible on the ribbon.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130405070205
2) Launch an app that can be run in landscape view (eg Browser or Gallery).
3) Perform various tasks on the app for a few minutes (eg viewing videos).
4) Tap the Home button to return to the homescreen.
5) Observe the apps shown on the ribbon.
Actual:
The user is returned to the homescreen, and the Browser icon is not visible on the ribbon.
Expected:
The user is returned to the homescreen, and all of the ribbon apps are visible.

The Browser icon can be restored without restarting the device by causing an OOM error, such as launching an Everything.me app that is known to make the device have an OOM error.

Unable to repro in Unagi 1.1 commercial RIL. Resolving as Worksforme for now.
