This is the pop-up about session restore when Firefox has been previously aborted abruptly (like killed in the task manager).

Could you add more details about your issue, please.

Nothing is killed abrutly. I finishing my web session return to my home page the close as normal
FF does not crash. It closes normally. sometimes the first time FF is used it opens as it should. More times it open with this error message. 

Its only started doing this at the start of Beta 20 and has continued in beta 21. There is no Rhythm or reason. But its predictable enough I could make this screen shot.

Okay I set instead of My home page to open to last open window  and Tab session. As shown in your link we'll see.  What happens.

I'll inteprete this as changing your options to have Firefox behave the way want and that Firefox is behaving as expected
