We migrated the themes FAQ from http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/faq and one of the questions is:

> What kind of computer and operating system does Personas work with?

>  administrative rights to add Personas to your Firefox browser.)

This bug is to clarify the "administrative rights" portion.  I'm not sure where it comes from, I assume we just need to write to a user's profile which shouldn't need admin rights, even on windows.

I don't know where that comes from either but it was also scheduled for removal from getpersonas.com (see bug 652523 comment 1).

While we're updating this paragraph, can we add Android to the list of operating systems?

Seems like Android already has been added to the list on the AMO page (<https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/docs/themes/faq#os>).
