And testing infrastructure don't need to be in requirements/prod.txt, test.txt might be more suitable.

Agreed. We could remove nose and mock too. I have a vague recollection that I ran into import errors once when I tried to do this but we should try again to make production deploys more slim.

django-nose is needed all the time, but the fudge and mock have been moved out.
