STR: 1. With a non configured SIM 2. Open Usage 3. Pass through the configuration. Focus on transitions. Expected: Smooth transition between steps. Actual: Blank flash happens before changing the step.
This can be noted better if you build for a HIDPI device.

Adding qawanted to test on a leo device (to determine if this is worse for v1.1), but also approving for v1.1 in the meantime given the low risk profile and small CSS changes.
