Set gfx.canvas.azure.accelerated to true and gfx.canvas.azure.backends to cg, then go to pirateslovedaisies.com. Assertion:
Assertion failure: false (Unhandled canvas layer type.), at /Users/msreckovic/Repos/mozilla-central/gfx/layers/opengl/CanvasLayerOGL.cpp:247
I'll check if this happens in the graphics branch as well.
Same crash in the graphics branch.
Summary: Crash in pirateslovedaisies.com → Crash in pirateslovedaisies.com with unhandled canvas type
"Blocks: 846942" -- I don't think that's right. Can you double-check your bug number?

My bad.
Is there a crash report?
Severity: normal → critical

Apparently the same crash just doing about:healthreport in the nightly.
Summary: Crash in pirateslovedaisies.com with unhandled canvas type → Crash in pirateslovedaisies.com (and about:healthreport) with unhandled canvas type
Crash Signature: [@ mozilla::layers::CanvasLayerOGL::UpdateSurface()]
To be clear - this only happens when gfx.canvas.azure.accelerated is set to true (not the default).
Another way to reproduce this - set the backends to skia (rather than cg) and go to http://www.craftymind.com/factory/guimark2/HTML5GamingTest.html
Seems to be OK in 31.
