Bug 834836 turned on pref to block mixed active content. After that Firefox began to block mixed content on webdashboard.

Pascal, assigning this to you, for the lack of a better option.
I guess this won't be hard to fix, maybe using the ://www.mozilla.org/ trick (or so) helps to make the site use http or https as it can.
