Netscape-Japan home page (both http://www.netscape.co.jp and http://home.netscape.com/ja) marked wrong(iso-8859-1) charset, and the page are display garbled. Reproduce on: 06-13-06 Win2k-CN Not reproduce on: 06-12-06 Win2k-CN, Mac 06-14-04 and Linux 06-13-06 build. I got crash on 06-14-09 Windows build, so I can not verify it on today's build.
Add keywords and change QA contact to myself.
