Details

This case is used to track the transformation from Hiragana / Katakana into Kanji in Japanese keyboard.

We should have the transformation from hiragana(平假名) into kanji(漢字)for Japanese keyboard. It's a very convenient feature for Japanese. This should be a mandatory feature if we are going to support Japanese. IMO, we should also support the transformation from Katakana(片假名) into Kanji.

For example, if an user input "watashi" which means "I" or "me" in English, in Hiragana, it appears "わたし", but usually, users would like to have "私". The former one is Hiragana, the later one is in Kanji.

It's an interesting bug. I wish we could have this kind of feature, too. =P
OS: Mac OS X → Gonk (Firefox OS)
Hardware: x86 → ARM
Summary: Transformation from Hiragana / Katakana into Kanji in Japanese keyboard → [Keyboard] Transformation from Hiragana / Katakana into Kanji in Japanese keyboard
Not a valid bug because we have since removed the experimental Japanese keyboard layout, sorry about that.
