Created attachment 735048 [details] Shows the scrollbar breaking. When a video is playing in the background, Then a element with scroll bar appears, eg Modal window. If you scroll the scrollbar whilst the modal is over the video the scrollbar fragments. If you move the scrollbar from overlaying the video, then it scrolls fine.

Could you try with HWA disabled in Firefox: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-disable-hardware-acceleration In addition, try with a fresh profile: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
Hi Loic, I can confirm that when we disabled HWA, it did in fact work correctly.
Could type about:support in location bar and paste here the section "graphics".
Maybe Bug 828146 You should not use such old Firefox19.
@Alice - You should not dictate the browser version people are on, we're on a dev environment and have standards to meet for clients. + the video is just a html/video tag not flash content. (In reply to Owen from comment #6) It's not about "Dictation", but rather about the Fact that Firefox 19 won't get any Bugfixes and Issues should get filed against the latest supported Firefox Version. So you should understand this rather as a technical Advice regarding filing Bugs in this Bugtracker than somebody telling you to do something without knowing you/your Job or anything else, ok? on Topic: can you point to reduced Testcase somebody can run so the Issue can be reproduced at all?
