It insists on downloading it instead. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open Mozilla 2.put file:////root in the location field 3.double click the jre.xpi file Actual Results: Mozilla tries to download the file instead of installing it. Expected Results: Mozilla should open the file and do the rest...(I think).
