Issue seen during certification in Spain. With one unit, SMS's stop working (but the device was able to make/receive calls, so it was properly registered in the network). These issue has been observed twice. 

We sent several SMS and none of them was received. However, sending SMS was possible. 

Obviously this is a very critical issue. Adding cert dep, and nominating for tef?.

After talking with Daniel, we've seen that it's caused by these issues:

So hopefully it should be solved.

We've identified an issue in QCRIL, that could be causing this issue, and the log messages seem to suggest the same issue. We're working on a fix, I will update with AU information once AU is released.

Actually the previous AU_LINUX_GECKO_ICS_STRAWBERRY.01.01.00.019.061 is for Leo, sorry. The AU for tef is not yet available, I will update here once available.

Unable to test with a Ikura device, however in the Inari build above, the text messages are coming through both sending and receiving.

This now appears to be working correctly.  We'll catch SMS regressions in that test suite so removing the needinfo request.
