859904 - [B2G][Email] Unable to create an email account on the device

Description:
When user attempts to create an email account on the device and enters a valid credentials in the email app, the user is taken to the "New account" page where loading indicator continues to spin forever.  

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130409070202
2) Go to the email app 
3) Enter valid email account credentials (name, username, password)
4) Tap on the "Next" button
5) Observe the screen

Actual:
User is taken to the "New account" page where "Please wait while your account is set up" message is displayed and loading indicator continues to spin forever. 

Expected:
Email account is successfully created and user is taken to the "Mail account Setup" page with options to "Add another account" or "Continue to Mail".
