Version Info: Nightly 23.0a1 (2013-04-09)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Sign in to a GMail account.
2. Do an "Add Account" from the menu and sign into another GMail account.
3. Once the 2nd account opens, the initial tab with the first accounts starts redirecting to through the whole loading process in an infinite loop, causing the that tab to be unusable.

Expected Results:
The tab should behave normally without the redirects.

Similar problem is not reproduced in Google Chrome.
I'm really interested in this problem. But, well, must I create another Google account to reproduce it?

You could try with another GMail id. I actually have my college email (@iitj.ac.in) which is a GMail hosted mail. I can reproduce the problem with it. Trying with 2 @gmail.com ids could be helpful.
This problem seems to have vanished in the current Nightly.
