Details

It's working for productdelivery-{ftp,rsync,upload-cron} but not upload. The URL I'm trying is https://ganglia-scl3.mozilla.org/ganglia/?c=productdelivery-upload&m=load_one&r=hour&s=by%20name&hc=4&mc=2

I restarted the gmond and gmetad on graphite1.dmz.scl3.mozilla.com. Your graphs should be available now.
