show status field for releases that fail in release runner

Since bug 835336 landed we don't show the "Status" field for non-ready, non-complete releases anymore. This is fine in the usual case where they haven't yet been reviewed, but release that have some sort of failure in release sanity or other parts of release runner also end up non-ready, non-complete, and generally have useful information in the Status field. For these releases, we should show the status field - maybe to the right of all the primary information?
I think we can detect this state by checking whether or not the status field's value is "pending".

Hi Ben,
this patch shows the "Status" for submitted releases (if status is not empty).
Another minor update is in the reviewed releases table: now Status is the first column.
