No, it can't be, a Chrome bug?!? I have on good authority from the Bass Masta that this is unlikely - nay, impossible. You must be mistaken.

Actually, now that I look, you're right. The bug is also appearing in Firefox for Metro. I'll reopen and assign it to the right place.
