Details
Not sure if this is the right place to put this. I'm having some trouble with Jenkins.
STR:
* Log in to ci.mozilla.org
* Click on user name in upper right
* Click configure on the left.
Expected: User configuration page works
Actual: Takes a long time to load, then returns "Service unavailable."
This is where we should be able to get api tokens, so this is blocking some development.

Turns out Zeus was timing out because Jenkins was taking 40-60s to render the page
I don't know why the longer render time, but bumping the Zeus timeout to 120s gives the page time to load before the request gets times out.
