User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0
Build ID: 20130326150557

Steps to reproduce:

Load long page, e.g. http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/

While FF is still loading, start scrolling with the mouse wheel.

Actual results:

FF hangs forever with 100% CPU load

Expected results:

FF should just scroll what it has loaded
Confirmed with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:23.0) Gecko/20130412 Firefox/23.0 ID:20130412030828 CSet: 7b8ed29c6bc0 though I think there are/were existing Perf Bugs regarding that Site.

The problem seems to be all the flushing the mouse scroll does, forcing us to not batch any of the layout work....
Problem does not occur any longer with FF 36.

I got the same bug on this URL:

kissanime.ru/Anime/Mob-Psycho-100/Episode-001?id=127641

CNR with FF 51.0a2. This was happening before yesterday, though.
Stavros, I just tried loading that link (in a current nightly) and I can't reproduce the hang you say you see.

Would you mind filing a new bug on this site, and we'll try to figure out how to get me to reproduce what you're seeing...

One thing worth checking is whether the hang still happens in safe mode.
