Confirmed with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:23.0) Gecko/20130412 Firefox/23.0 ID:20130412030828 CSet: 7b8ed29c6bc0 though I think there are/were existing Perf Bugs regarding that Site. The problem seems to be all the flushing the mouse scroll does, forcing us to not batch any of the layout work....

I got the same bug on this URL: kissanime.ru/Anime/Mob-Psycho-100/Episode-001?id=127641 CNR with FF 51.0a2. This was happening before yesterday, though.

Stavros, I just tried loading that link (in a current nightly) and I can't reproduce the hang you say you see. Would you mind filing a new bug on this site, and we'll try to figure out how to get me to reproduce what you're seeing... One thing worth checking is whether the hang still happens in safe mode.

Clear a needinfo that is pending on an inactive user.
Inactive users most likely will not respond; if the missing information is essential and cannot be collected another way, the bug maybe should be closed as INCOMPLETE
.
