Do you already have an account on MDN? If not, you will need to create one.

oh sorry forgot that. thanks. yes i did make an account on mdn a few years back.

Claude, I set the email of user 'bernstein' to the same email address here on bugzilla. So you should be able to sign in to MDN with it.
