When trying to view https://air.mozilla.org/designing-in-the-open/ the video stream fails to load. 

All videos older than this one load ok. I'm using FF 21 on OSX.

Fwiw, https://air.mozilla.org/april-2013-moco-meeting/ doesn't want to play either.

These reports are from FF 21 and FF 22.  If the reporters turned the preference to block mixed active content on themselves, this is in fact a duplicate of bug 841613.  

But if the reporters did not turn this preference on, then I'm not sure why the video streams are failing for them.  And it's probably unrelated to bug 841613.

There are two issues that manifest in very, very similar ways.

1) They're running 23 and they hit the mixed content block.
2) A transcode at vid.ly fails and we don't notice before the archive goes live.

1) is related to 841613
2) is an ongoing vendor issue. I don't think there's a bug in bugzilla, but :richard has a ticket open with vid.ly about it as well.
