We'd like to be able to push as bugs are fixed, particularly as new locales come online. Rather than automating push-to-prod (I'd still like QA involved for anything more complicated than locale additions), can we get chief set up?

I've done the initial Chief config. So http://genericadm.private.phx1.mozilla.com/chief/fhr.prod etc are working https://github.com/mozilla/fhr-jelly/pull/69 needs to be merged before I can test that they function correctly Also is there a channel you'd like IRC bots to be in?
