Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0 Build ID: 20130326150557 Steps to reproduce: When using Private Browsing mode (new PB window or from link, etc), and using a persona (lightweight theme, or whatever you prefer to call it these days), the persona gets disabled and the browser returns to classic/aero look depending on OS. Considering there are clear indicators in the browser (purple button/purple mask) when using a PB window, people's personalizations of the browser should remain intact, as there is already a clear indicator of which mode people are using. Actual results: Personas become disabled and personalization of the theme is removed. Expected results: Browser look should remain consistent to the user's choice.

This is not a duplicate. Please see the comments on bug 857624. Bug 852295 only relates to permanent PB mode, this bug relates to new PB windows. AFAICT The patch in bug 852295 only adds a check for permanent PB and new PB windows remain unthemed.
