the new payments docs link to the existing payments set up docs (it does not replace them) so I doubt any of this has been covered

Nick gave a great presentation on doc problems at the work week. These are my notes for things we should fix:
- Re-order docs to be more intuitive. You typically set up your backend before writing front-end code.
- fix reason: reason (typo I noticed while he had docs up on the screen)
- add web fighter to examples section
- better formatting for JWT fields (like manifest). This might require a new bug if it's complicated.
