This add support for the keyboard in desktop-helper. The b2g/ code for the keyboard is duplicated in a keyboard/ addon. I don't think it worth reviewing this part since it is an exact copy of some Gecko code and that it should be removed once real support for the keybaord api lands in dom/ in Gecko.
