Steps to reproduce:

Go to about:healthreport , then click the link "Learn more" (in bottom or top of the page)

Actual results:

The URL in the address bar don't change anymore when you click links.

Expected results:

The URL that appears in the address bar should be the addres of the current page. In this case, support.mozilla.org/kb/firefox-health-report-understand-your-browser-perf . Note that the About:healthreport is contains the frame of the page fhr.cdn.mozilla.net/en-US/

I confirm this issue with Aurora 22a2 (20130412004014), latest Nightly (20130417031053) and latest Aurora (20130418004017) and FF 21 beta 3 (20130416200523).

This bug affects every plattform. Could someone change this?

It's not only the adressbar, the title on the tab / window doesn't change, too. And if you try to show the page source it apears still the source of the about: site.
In follow of all this issues, JavaScript doesn't work correctly (eg document.location).
This issue is also reproducible with Firefox 21 beta 4 (build ID: 20130423212553) on an Ubuntu 12.10 machine. I can see both the behavior from the description and the one from comment 2, about the fact that the title on the tab / window doesn't change.
