Attachment: Subject field after file is attached

Description:
When user attaches a file to an email message, the text of the Subject field shifts closer to the bottom of the field

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130410070204
2) Go to the email app
3) Go to Compose message view
4) Enter some text into a Subject field
5) Attach a file
6) Observe the text in a Subject field

Actual:
A text of a subject field, including a "Subject" title, shifts closer to the bottom of the field

Expected:
A text in a subject field is displayed in the middle of the field
