Steps to reproduce:

During translation, I tried to set the TOC.


Actual results:

I couldn't select item.

I just tried this in Firefox nightly and it worked fine for me.

I used the latest version of Chrome and tried to translate an article to Chinese, it doesn't happen all the time but I was able to to reproduce twice in my testing.

I think this has been fixed with the redesign. Reopen if not.
