Dunno what part of https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/rev/d757eeebcc43 did, but as https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Mozilla-Inbound&rev=d757eeebcc43 shows, unclobbered builders were unhappy with it.

Where by "required a clobber" I seem to have meant "was busted and backward and as a result would always fail on clobbers, and only sometimes work on depends."
