This driver completes the WebGL conformance tests with a 64-bit Firefox build.  It does crash under 32-bit Firefox, but I feel if we can we also only blocklist on 32-bit builds.

I tried to get crashinfo for the 32-bit issue, but seems to end up with it saying no crashes were submitted.

Issue occurs in this test on 32-bit builds.  Not running this test is sufficient to avoid crashing during conformance testing.
