Occurs when both logged in and not.

Other wikimo pages appear to work - perhaps this page uses an extension/template others do not? eg it has the "create a new meeting page using template for date foo" widget.

To clarify, this returns a totally blank page (i.e. not a Zeus-generated 500 message, for example).  The line noted in comment #0 is from the Web Developer Console.

The problem was related to the version (read: git branch) of ParserFunction that had been pushed to the webheads; briefly stated, it was the wrong one.  The correct version has been pushed webheads.
