It would be nice to have a progress bar in each voting in voting list to indicate how many users have voted so far.

Hi William, 

Regarding the skills needed for this bug, the back-end code is rather simple. I believe that someone with very little experience in html and css could work on this bug.

On the other hand, I would suggest to postpone the work on this, after pull request [1] is merged and we have verify that swag/budget automation works as it should.
After this I would be more than happy to help jbonatakis with this bug.

Verified on stage: 

* Progress bar seems to be working fine in list votings
* Progress bar is also working in vote poll page.
