The initial product picker page for the AAQ flow uses big part of the page to show the progress bar. This page has low conversion rate (i.e. people clicking on the products themselves).

We should make the products more prominent and reduce the friction that the bar creates by hidding it from this first page (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new)
