It should be named .rc, edited and placed in every component dir

I think it be very wise by the release of Mozilla 1.0 that there be a Version 
resource in Mozilla.
It needs to be added for every DLL and EXE. Here is an .rc file.
I think this is a dupe of bug 23560

it'd be much better if you made a perl script that could generate version info. 
Giving identical version info to multiple files makes it virtually useless.  
The most useful parts of version info are the modulename and description 
fields...
