Description:
Event title is not aligned properly inside on the 15 min event frame, displays crossed out by the frame bottom line

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Build ID: 20130415070205
2) Open Calendar app
3) Create 2 events with the title that span 15 minutes each, within the same 30 minute period time (5:00pm-5:15pm and 5:15pm-5:30pm)
4) View the events in day/month view

Actual:
Event title displays crossed out by the frame bottom line

Expected:
Text fits well into event frame

just tested this on master (v1.4) and it's working fine. Nowadays events have a minimum height (if smaller than 30min it looks like 30min).
