Seeing as we want both Popcorn Maker and Thimble to load user projects in a consistent format, I'm thinking we should add a "my makes" or similar way to load user projects/makes in progress in webmaker nav.

Have added in a bug from login.webmaker.org as depending on this as I think this also effects our sign up flow.

The webmaker nav needs to include the the sign-in and forms for creating the initial user account and any other potential interactions.

We might need a more specific ticket but for now this will work just fine.
