86216 - Move the Go menu back where it was

...or at least make it an option. I really don't see the point of having Go
under View so that you can't access it directly. 

Go menu was one of my favourite UI features compared to IE.

(If you really have to remove some of the menus, how about "Search" which,
oddly, has only one object in it. This is quite redundant too, because you can
search the web using the location bar and the Search button.)

The menu changes have been backed out again
bug 85386 is the one to keep an eye on

search probably will be removed, see 67414. Also, shouldn't this be 
invalid now?
