After logging out, I cannot go back to pages prior to logging in when all the recent pages require login

Steps to reproduce:

For example:
1. Google "Outlook"
2. Click to go to outlook.com
3. Sign in
4. Keep switching between Inbox/Junk by clicking them, until the history is filled
5. Sign out
6. Try going back to the Google search


Actual results:

Can't go back without logging in to outlook.com.


Expected results:

1. Provide a way to show more back history
2. Make the login page replace the one in the history

I confirm this behavior with FF 20.0.1 (20130409194949), Chrome and Opera. Although, with IE seems to work.
