Switching display:none; on <TR> does not work well. This example works in
Netscape 6.01.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run menu.hmtl
2. Click on "avtal". A submenu appears.
3. Click on "Energi-El". The Menu looks messed up.

Expected Results:  Expected display:none; to switch correctly.

I don't see the problem; can you explain this further?

Try out the attached file and click on "avtal", then on "Energi-El".
Notice how some parts of the table dont expand.
Try this in IE 5 or Netscape 6.01 and you will see that this layout-bug 
does not appear

I can confirm this on Win98 build 2001061520.

It works correctly in 0.9 but not in 0.9.1 or later, so this is a regression
since 0.9.

Will this work for Netscape 6.1? We have build several sites with this kind of
menu and it would be intresting to know if its any idea at all...

This works for me on latest build on both Win 2000 and MAC OS 9.

seems to be broken for me on Win2KP with NS6.1 ... bummer.  But, good news is,
yeah, WORKSFORME in latest 8.20.01 builds ...
