Some strings are displayed only english in some screen.
leo need to es/pt-BR languages properties file sycn with en-US.

[Need to sync with en-US]
* Settings - Phone lock - select popup to set lock screen timer
* Calendar - New Event - Remind me(label and select popup)
* Dialer - USSD code
* When sending and receiving files via Bluetooth

USB automatica modo -> Modo de Inicio USB

All USSD strings doesn't translate like this.

You should check 'File received', 'File sent' etc.
All other strings also should be displayed in their languages.

Adding qawanted, marcia to investigate whether this is happening with a fresh flash -> right into the language or when there is a language switch.

I was able to reproduce this on a Leo device using the 4-15 build using:

STR:
1. Fresh Flash the phone into English
2. Go into Developer settings and select Portuguese
3. Open a new event in the calendar.

I get the same screenshot as in Comment 2. The "Remind Me" section shows the event as "5 minutes before" in English instead of Portuguese. 

Restarting the phone doesn't have an effect, and the text still shows in English. Removing qawanted.

We should probably check this on a phone with a partner build, to see if that is any different since it seems we are getting different results with different builds. I will do this today.
