Steps to reproduce:

I do not place "download icon"(about down arrow icon) to toolbar, and I try to download some files.


Actual results:

Download popup(and down arrow icon on toolbar) is not appeared , when it is those.


Expected results:

I think that Download popup and down arrow icon appears when I try to download some files.
I think this action was existed some older version nightly.

Removing the toolbar download button is considered the same as asking to not be notified about downloads.

Marking as invalid per comment 1. If you still want this to be implemented, please reopen the bug and mark it as an enhancement request (it can't be a regular bug since the behavior is by design).
