Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Composer
2. Open color picker
3. Click on "Last-picked color" button 

Actual Results:  The widgets shift down by one to two pixels.  (See screenshot
below)

Expected Results:  The widgets should not be shifted down.

likely something related to the nine-piece button in that situation with that 
skin.
