This should be implemented as another queue tab if the reviewer is using a device with a device profile. The tab will filter apps based on device features, similar to the consumer side.

I'll take this but if someone wants a chance to work on this and elasticsearch feel free to talk to me.

My plan was if ?pro has a value and if the user isn't on desktop, show the tab and show pending apps that match the profile, using elasticsearch.

To verify add a ?pro=... query string to one of the queues in reviewer tools and you'll see a "Device" queue that matches the given profile.

Feel free to use http://jsfiddle.net/robhudson/9PArz/ to test creating a profile with certain features.

Note: bug 884474 will finish this feature by automatically adding a ?pro client side if not desktop.
