Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0
Build ID: 20130326150557
Steps to reproduce:
Standard downloading via http/https
Actual results:
The .prt file did not get deleted after the download was completed. This just forces the user to manually delete these files.
Expected results:
The .prt file should have been auto-deleted after the download was completed.

Can you reproduce this issue while in safe more? What about with a clean profile?

Safe Mode seems to correct this strange behavior. Also, after restarting in standard mode, it has stopped. Normally, I'd be inclined to think it's something to do with an Add-on, bt's also intermittent --before trying a Safe Mode start, it seemed to do it occasionally. Because of that, I'd think that more time in Safe Mode will be needed. I will continue to update this possible bug.
