Steps to reproduce:

In the download manager we have to manually pause/resume the downloads by right clicking and then selecting the option.It will be much better if a pause/resume button is provided near close button so that time can be saved.
Component: Untriaged → Downloads Panel
Also a "CLEAR ALL" button at the bottom.Right now it is available only when "SHOW ALL DOWNLOADS" button is clicked.
This is another dupe of bug 822763
