Description:
  There is no way to scale or scroll the image chosen to be a wallpaper. Instead the user will see a slighty zoomed in version of the image, and when they choose to set this image as the wallpaper they will see that it is centered and zoomed in on the homescreen.

Prerequisite:
  Have some images saved to the phone's SD card.

Repro Steps:
1. Update Inari device to build 20130416070200.
2. Open the gallery app.
3. Select a photo.
4. Press the share button (shaped like "<") and select the Wallpaper button.
5. Observe that the user is unable to do anything with the image selected as wallpaper, it can not be scrolled or scaled to a larger or smaller size.

Actual:
 User is unable to alter an image they've selected as a wallpaper.

Expected:
 User is able to scroll and scale an image they've selected as a wallpaper.
