Description:
When adding photo to a contact, the user has no option to adjust camera taken photo by cropping it, image stretches out to fit contacts photo frame 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Inari Build ID: 20130416070200
2) Create a new contact or select existing contact to edit
3) Select to Add picture 
4) Select Camera option
5) Take a picture

Actual:
Image is stretched out to fill contacts photo frame and saved that way into a contacts photo

Expected:
There is an option to crop camera taken picture so it will display properly
