Steps to reproduce:

I removed all the toolbars that was associated with the virus on the date I got it, got my regular desktop back then, but I read it could be in Firefox as well but I don't know how to find it. It came from a Sony disc of a wedding and this site popped up saying I must download it for better viewing. It was something like Sony Raw Drive.


Actual results:

It changed my homepage, I had no menu bar or my Google toolbar, then it got to where I couldn't open my mail today, but it works now. I feel some still remains in my computer. I am going to report it to Sony, I have many items from Sony.


Expected results:

Nothing should have changed.
I don't know if the file attached is a good one.

Removing the toolbars might not have removed the infection that created this problem and as such you could still have an infection.
