User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0 Build ID: 20130409194949 Steps to reproduce: I removed all the toolbars that was associated with the virus on the date I got it, got my regular desktop back then, but I read it could be in Firefox as well but I don't know how to find it. It came from a Sony disc of a wedding and this site popped up saying I must download it for better viewing. It was something like Sony Raw Drive. Actual results: It changed my homepage, I had no menu bar or my Google toolbar, then it got to where I couldn't open my mail today, but it works now. I feel some still remains in my computer. I am going to report it to Sony, I have many items from Sony. Expected results: Nothing should have changed. I don't know if the file attached is a good one.
Removing the toolbars might not have removed the infection that created this problem and as such you could still have an infection. Please visit support.mozilla.org for help with your issue. If there is a bug that needs attention from a developer, they can help you to file a good bug report (steps to reproduce, better symptoms, etc).
