The Filter list editor dialog and Filter editor dialog seems to not be covered by existing tests. Backend filter functionality is covered by some xpc-shell tests. But the filter UI does not have mozmill tests.

For filter list editor, these features could be tested (in addition to basic functionality like to New/delete/Move up/down buttons):
